1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Masaruk website and its services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Terms

• 50% of the package value must be paid as a deposit upon booking
• Remaining amount must be completed 15 days before travel date
• Passport valid for at least 6 months must be submitted
• Required vaccination certificate must be submitted

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days before: 90% refund
• Cancellation 15 days before: 70% refund
• Cancellation 7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund

4. Liability

Masaruk is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of flights by airlines, or any circumstances beyond our control.

5. Trip Changes

Flight schedules may change according to airline schedules. The trip leader reserves the right to change the rest stop based on road conditions or traffic to ensure the best experience for travelers.
